Accounts & Responsibilities
Keep Your Info Accurate
  • When you create an account, make sure all the information you provide is accurate and up to date. Fake names and outdated billing addresses won’t get you far.
  • If anything changes (like a new address or last name), update your account details promptly.
Passwords Are Like Toothbrushes
  • Keep them private and change them often.
  • You’re responsible for all activity on your account, so if someone else is binge-watching on your dime, that’s on you.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use, let us know immediately!
Internet Service Usage & Expectations

What You Can and Can’t Do

  • Stream, browse, work, and play responsibly.
  • Don’t use our service for illegal activities (hacking, piracy, or anything that could land you in an FBI documentary).
  • No network abuse! That means no excessive bandwidth hogging, spam-sending, or attempting to break the internet (we like it in one piece).

Speeds & Reliability

  • We aim to provide blazing-fast internet, but speeds may fluctuate due to network congestion, weather, or mischievous squirrels chewing fiber lines.
  • Service interruptions happen. If we schedule maintenance, we’ll do our best to give you a heads-up.
Mobile Service Terms

Underlying Network

Port Networks provides mobile service using third-party carrier networks. We do not control all aspects of network performance.

Coverage & Availability

Coverage maps are estimates, not guarantees. Service may vary due to:

  • terrain
  • buildings
  • network congestion
  • maintenance

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device:

  • is compatible
  • is unlocked (if required)
  • meets technical standards

Numbering & Porting

You may:

  • port your number in or out, subject to rules
  • lose your number if service is terminated for extended periods

Emergency Services

911 services are supported, but:

  • location accuracy may vary
  • service may not work during outages

Messaging & Voice

Messaging and voice services:

  • must comply with applicable laws and carrier rules
  • may be filtered or blocked to prevent spam or fraud

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate mobile service for:

  • AUP violations
  • excessive or abusive usage
  • carrier directives
  • fraud or suspected fraud
Payments & Billing
Show Us the Money
  • Your monthly bill is due on the date specified in your plan.
  • If you don’t pay on time, we may slow down or suspend your service until payment is received. (Consider this a gentle nudge, not a punishment.)
No Junk Fees
  • We keep billing transparent—no surprise charges!
  • If you cancel mid-billing cycle, we may prorate your final bill, but refunds are at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Our website, software, and services contain proprietary content that belongs to us. Don’t copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
Third-Party Links
We may provide links to third-party websites. Clicking them is your choice, but we’re not responsible for their content or security practices.
Termination of Service
We Can Part Ways If Necessary
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate these terms, fail to pay your bill, or engage in shady online behavior.
  • If you wish to cancel your service, just let us know, and we’ll make the transition as painless as possible (though we’ll be sad to see you go). Most of our services are month-to-month; if yours involves a contractual commitment (because we had to install lines or equipment just for you), we’ll note that on your Service Agreement.
No Warranties & Liability Limits
The “As-Is” Clause – Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for perfection, occasional hiccups happen. Liability? Limited. – We’re not responsible for any losses, damages, or existential crises caused by internet downtime, slow speeds, or data loss.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate these terms, fail to pay your bill, or engage in shady online behavior.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll notify you in advance so you can review and decide if you still want to use our service.
