  • No network abuse! That means no excessive bandwidth hogging, spam-sending, or attempting to break the internet (we like it in one piece).
Speeds & Reliability
  • We aim to provide blazing-fast internet, but speeds may fluctuate due to network congestion, weather, or mischievous squirrels chewing fiber lines.
  • Service interruptions happen. If we schedule maintenance, we’ll do our best to give you a heads-up.
Payments & Billing
Show Us the Money
  • Your monthly bill is due on the date specified in your plan.
  • If you don’t pay on time, we may slow down or suspend your service until payment is received. (Consider this a gentle nudge, not a punishment.)
No Junk Fees
  • We keep billing transparent—no surprise charges!
  • If you cancel mid-billing cycle, we may prorate your final bill, but refunds are at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Our website, software, and services contain proprietary content that belongs to us. Don’t copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

Termination of Service

Most of our services are month-to-month; if yours involves a contractual commitment (because we had to install lines or equipment just for you), we’ll note that on your Service Agreement.
No Warranties & Liability Limits
The “As-Is” Clause – Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for perfection, occasional hiccups happen. Liability? Limited. – We’re not responsible for any losses, damages, or existential crises caused by internet downtime, slow speeds, or data loss.
