✅  To Your Home – in most apartment and condominium buildings, we’ll connect you to the Internet with fiber (some properties have Cat5e data cables instead). We reach single-family homes by installing an outdoor subscriber module that connects to one of our wireless networks (WiMax or LTU). Speeds vary for each kind of connection, please ask us for details.

✅  In Your Home – we’ll install a Calix Gigaspire U6 router (included, no rental fees!) with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi 6 for faster connections, better coverage, and longer battery life in wireless devices. The Gigaspire U6 has four Ethernet ports for wired devices. Additional mesh nodes are available for broader Wi-Fi coverage.

✅  Performance – we offer low-latency (usually under 15ms) for quality gaming and video call experiences, and none of our plans have data caps or throttling. Our network availability is above 99.9%.

✅  Pricing – installation and equipment are included in the monthly rate, and we don’t charge junk fees. What you see here is what you’ll pay, and it’s not a promotions price, it’s your rate for as long as you’re on the same plan.
