Our Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Port Networks!

By using our service, you agree to abide by this acceptable use policy — so read on, and let’s keep things running smoothly (and legally)!

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what you can and cannot do when using Port Networks services, including our Internet and mobile (wireless/MVNO) services.

We wrote this in plain English on purpose. If something looks like abuse, it probably is.

  • break the law,
  • harm others,

Enforcement

If you violate this AUP, we may:

  • suspend or terminate your service
  • limit usage
  • block traffic or messaging
  • remove content
  • report activity to law enforcement or regulators

We may act without notice if necessary to protect the network.

Cooperation with Carriers

For mobile services, Port Networks operates using underlying carrier networks. You agree that:

  • carrier rules and restrictions apply
  • we may enforce those rules even if not listed here
Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
